• Custom cake orders require at least 48 hours advance notice
• Wedding cakes and large event orders should be placed 2-4 weeks in advance
• A deposit may be required for large or custom orders
• Full payment is due upon delivery unless other arrangements are made

Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup time
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to charges
• Custom orders that have begun production are non-refundable

Delivery and Pickup

• Delivery is available within our service area for an additional fee
